Our key areas of expertise
Marutee provides CNC programming and CAM engineering for aerospace structural components and precision defence systems. Engineers develop optimized toolpaths for 2-axis through 5-axis machining operations across VMC, HMC, and turn-mill centres used in aerospace manufacturing.
Programming is performed using CATIA V5 CAM, Siemens NX CAM, EdgeCAM, and Mastercam, with machining validation conducted through VERICUT simulation to ensure collision-free toolpaths and accurate machining before release to production. Engineering deliverables include machining setup sheets, route cards, and optimized cutting parameters to improve productivity and part quality.
